The Cure's Pornography is often thought of to be The Cure's darkest album. The album have received mixed reviews by critics. Half say this album is a masterpiece while the others say the album is crap. Personally, the record is beautiful, lyrically it is very depressing. Though only having one single, the album still charted well in the UK and is now considered one of the key gothic rock albums of all time
